- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I met with Arwen to discuss my current insurance policies and what she could do for me. After reviewing all of my policies she informed me that I should stick with my current plan, from another company! This was due to the relationship between my home and auto. She informed me however, of several deficiencies in the coverage and advised me to contact them to up coverage in those areas. Perhaps at a later date we could revisit everything again to see if something changed. This is complete unabashed honesty I haven't seen in a LONG time from any institution, public or private. In a world full of marketing ploys and gimmicks, this incredibly positive experience took me off guard. I would equate it to finding an honest mechanic.
